Body-movement-dance based exercises are structured in 3 parts:
∙       Warm – up exercises – will help you to warm up, sense your
body, bodily sensations.
∙       Exploring, creativity promoting exercises
will activate your body and mind, promote body awareness, movement range, spontaneity, creativity, imagination etc.
∙       Relaxation exercises – will help you to calm down, relax, rest after the exploring
activities.
Depending on your energy and mood combination/state, you can try out all the exercises, or you can choose 1 or 2 from each section
